  • Movement is both my passion and my profession. What began as an enthusiasm for sports has evolved into a holistic view of health, movement, and physical performance. Since 1997, I have worked as a licensed physiotherapist (FH), specializing in sports rehabilitation. After completing my Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Sports Physiotherapy in 2012, I deepened my expertise in rehabilitation at leading clinics – including Klinik Gut in St. Moritz, Schulthess Clinic in Zurich, and Sportmedizin St. Anna in Lucerne. Since 2006, I have also shared my knowledge as a lecturer in the Bachelor’s program in Physiotherapy at the ZHAW, with the aim of combining academic depth and hands-on experience.

  • I was drawn to competitive sports from an early age. It was all about pushing limits and striving for performance. Over time, my perspective on movement has evolved. Today, I focus on its holistic value – as a key to long-term health and a strong, confident connection to one’s own body. What drives me is the combination of evidence-based science, meaningful human connection, and the opportunity to support people on their journey back to movement – whether after surgery or in pursuit of new personal goals.

  • Prevention starts with awareness.
A balanced mix of mobility, coordination, stability, and strength is key to preventing overload and injury. The Physio Check focuses on your posture and analyzes your movement patterns, identifying muscular imbalances and functional weaknesses. Based on the results, you’ll receive recommendations you can easily apply in your daily life.

  • Professional physiotherapy and sports therapy for back and joint pain, muscular issues, and sports injuries. The approach includes the FOI® method (Functional Orthonomy and Integration), which helps identify and treat the root causes of discomfort by viewing the body as a connected system.

Activity

Join this group activity — it's included in the retreat, no sign-up needed.

Posture and movement training grounded in the Antara® method.

When your posture is strong and aligned, your body moves more efficiently and is less prone to pain or injury.
This practice focuses on grounding, core strength, and conscious movement. Through simple, targeted exercises, you activate the deep muscle systems that support your spine— building strength from within.

It’s about improving posture, strengthening the core, and developing resilient, pain-free movement for everyday life.
