  • My passion for movement has been with me all my life – first in competitive sports , and today with a holistic view of health, vitality, and performance. I’ve been working as a licensed physiotherapist (FH) since 1997, specializing in sports rehabilitation. After completing my MAS in Sports Physiotherapy in 2012, I gained extensive experience in postoperative rehabilitation over many years at renowned clinics such as Klinik Gut in St. Moritz, Schulthess Klinik in Zurich, and Sportmedizin St. Anna in Lucerne. Since 2006, I’ve also been teaching as a lecturer in the Bachelor’s program in Physiotherapy at ZHAW.

  • My mission is to help people experience the power of movement as a source of joy, energy, and balance. It’s no longer about competition for me, but about what movement can unlock in everyday life: the ability to recharge, let go, grow, and find calm – whether in nature, in a group, or in quiet connection with yourself. I believe movement is a key to lasting well-being and personal development – and that’s what I aim to share with my clients and course participants.

  • Prevention Starts with Awareness

A balanced mix of mobility, coordination, stability, and strength is key to preventing overload and injury. The Physio Check offers a detailed analysis of your movement patterns, identifying muscular imbalances and functional weaknesses. Based on the results, you receive personalized recommendations — from targeted exercises to recovery tips or referrals to other specialists if needed.

  • We provide professional physiotherapy and sports therapy for back and joint pain, muscular issues, and sports injuries. Our approach includes the FOI® method (Functional Orthonomy and Integration), which helps identify and treat the root causes of discomfort by viewing the body as a connected system — restoring balance and improving movement.

Antara®

“How we stand in our body shapes how we feel in life”

Posture and movement training grounded in the Antara® method.

When your posture is strong and aligned, you move through life with greater ease, clarity, and confidence. This practice focuses on grounding, core strength, and mindful movement. Through simple, targeted exercises, you activate the deep muscles that support your spine and center — building strength from within.

It’s not about perfection. It’s about reconnecting with your body, improving posture, and developing resilient movement for everyday life.

"Posture is the window to the soul — it reflects how we feel and shapes how we live."
