Regula Curti

Regula is a music and expression therapist, Kundalini Yoga instructor, and musician with a deep passion for guiding others toward healing and self-discovery.

Meet Regula at the Retreat:

  • Kundalini Yoga: Daily yoga sessions and chanting/meditation

  • Fireside chats: Chats about yoga and personal development

  • I am the founder of Seeschau, a space dedicated to healing, creativity, and inner transformation. My academic background includes a Master’s degree in Music and Expressive Arts Therapy, which has deeply informed my work with individuals and groups seeking emotional and creative alignment. In addition, I am a certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor (IKYTA 3HO) trained in the lineage of Yogi Bhajan.

Music has always been at the heart of my journey. As a musician and singer, I have explored sound as a pathway to healing and connection. These passions led me to establish the Beyond Foundation and later Beyond Music, international platforms that unite artists from diverse cultures and spiritual backgrounds to foster understanding, peace, and compassion through collaborative creation.

  • My mission is to create spaces—both physical and musical—that inspire healing, self-discovery, and transformation. Through the integration of music, expressive arts, yoga, and spiritual practice, I support individuals in reconnecting with their inner truth and creative potential. With Seeschau, Beyond Music and now Inn Retreat, I seek to cultivate peace, compassion, and unity by empowering authentic expression and fostering deep human connection.

Activity

Join daily kundalini sessions each morning — it's included in the retreat, no sign-up needed.

Through Kundalini Yoga, I invite you to gently explore what’s already within you: focus, vitality, and inner balance. Known as the yoga of awareness, it opens the heart, clarifies purpose, and activates the body’s natural capacity for healing.

This holistic practice weaves together dynamic kriyas (movement sequences), conscious breathwork (Pranayama), mantra chanting, meditation, and sound healing with gong or music. Through energy locks (Bhandas), hand gestures (Mudras), and intentional movement, deeper layers of presence and creative energy become accessible.

With over 50 foundational postures leading to countless variations, the practice enhances flexibility, boosts vitality, calms the mind, and nurtures spiritual connection.

At its core, Kundalini Yoga is the art of returning to your creative self—cultivating energy, clarity, and a grounded sense of peace in everyday life.
