Therapy & Activities

Each day offers a variety of activities, therapies and fireside chats, that you can join or skip — it’s your experience to design.

Every morning starts with Kundalini Yoga, followed by a nourishing breakfast. Then you choose your day’s activities: personal therapy sessions or group options like forest bathing, herb walks, and movement & posture training.

Two massages are included. You can also swap them for other therapies like reflexology, physiotherapy, or acupuncture.

Fireside Chats

Gather around the fire to share stories, insights, and reflections in a warm, supportive atmosphere. These fireside chats create space for connection, inspiration, and community, helping you feel grounded and heard during your retreat experience.
