Therapy: A variety of different massages (book your appointment)

My therapeutic journey began in 2007 with training as a medical massage therapist. This was followed by numerous further trainings, including Hawaiian healing massage (Lomi Lomi Nui), Ho‘oponopono massage according to Allen Alapa‘i, the Dorn and Breuss methods, foot reflexology, and various classical and wellness massage techniques.
At the same time, I deepened my work with sound, especially through sound bowl massage, sound therapy for people with disabilities, and sound baths with meditation. For me, working with sound is a subtle yet powerful way to access deep relaxation and inner balance.
After running my own practice in South Tyrol from 2009 to 2016, I went on to take leadership roles at Ovaverva Spa in St. Moritz, TCM Davos GmbH, and now at TCMvita GmbH, where I currently work as a therapist and co-owner. I also support individuals with mental health conditions at Mentalva Private Clinic (PDGR Graubünden).
To integrate my knowledge of Western bodywork with Eastern healing traditions, I completed a comprehensive training in Classical Chinese Medicine between 2019 and 2023, with a focus on Tuina, phytotherapy, and TCM dietary therapy. I am currently expanding my expertise through training in Acupuncture Meridian Massage (AMM-TCM).
This wide range of methods allows me to respond to each person individually and intuitively – with professionalism, sensitivity, and an open heart.

For me, healing begins with mindful awareness. In my treatments, I create a space where each person feels seen, held, and supported as a whole. I work with my hands, with sound, with intuition – and always in trust of the body’s innate wisdom. Whether through Lomi Lomi Nui, Ho‘oponopono massage according to Allen Alapa‘i, the Dorn-Breuss method, foot reflexology, or classical massage – each treatment is individually tailored to promote lightness, grounding, and inner balance.

Medical massage is a therapeutic, results-oriented technique designed to treat specific health concerns. It targets muscle tension, improves blood and lymph circulation, and reduces pain and inflammation. Techniques may include deep tissue work, trigger point release, and mobilization. Ideal for those suffering from back and neck pain, joint stiffness, tension headaches, or muscle overuse.

Acupuncture Meridian Massage (AMM) is a gentle, non-invasive technique rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Instead of needles, a specialized tool is used to stimulate acupuncture points and meridians, helping to restore the natural flow of Qi (vital energy) and bring balance to the body’s organ systems.
I often combine AMM with acupuncture treatments by Jeannette Gross, creating a complementary synergy that enhances and deepens the therapeutic effects. This combined approach is especially effective for addressing functional disorders, chronic pain, digestive issues, menstrual discomfort, and stress-related symptoms.
When you book AMM after your acupuncture session, it helps to prolong and amplify the energy balancing initiated by the needles, supporting a more profound and lasting healing experience.

Foot reflexology is based on the idea that specific zones on the feet correspond to organs and systems within the body. By applying targeted pressure to these zones, reflexology can stimulate internal functions, support detoxification, and promote energetic balance. It is especially helpful for digestive issues, stress symptoms, hormonal imbalances, and chronic fatigue.

Sound therapy works with vibrational frequencies produced by instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, which gently affect the body and mind. Vibrations can help to release tension, slow brainwave activity, and induce a deep meditative state. Sound therapy is effective for emotional stress, burnout, insomnia, and anxiety, and is suitable for anyone seeking mental clarity, inner alignment, or spiritual grounding. Sessions can be one-on-one or in the form of sound baths and guided meditation.

Lomi Lomi Nui is a Hawaiian temple massage rooted in traditional healing rituals. It uses long, flowing, wave-like strokes across the whole body – often performed with forearms – creating a rhythmic and deeply nurturing experience. This massage not only addresses physical blockages, but also supports emotional release, helping to let go of stress, grief, or inner tension. It invites a deep state of trust, connection, and inner peace, making it much more than a physical treatment – it is a form of spiritual bodywork.
