Each day begins with Kundalini Yoga and a healthy breakfast, setting a mindful tone for the day. You can then choose from personal therapy sessions or group activities or simply rest, enjoy the sauna, or relax on a deck chair. In the evening, we come together for mantras, meditation, and soothing sounds to gently close the day and prepare the mind and body for deep rest.
The program is thoughtfully designed to maximize the benefits of a week of detox and renewal, while still allowing you to follow what best supports your individual needs and preferences.
Yoga, Therapy & Activities
Kundalini Yoga
Each morning starts with a silent cup of lemon-ginger tea to gently activate the detox process before we transition into our Kundalini Yoga practice. Throughout the week, we focus on purifying and detoxifying the body while harmonizing the glands and chakras. Our journey includes practices for the kidneys (filtering and cleansing), liver (detoxifying and healing), lymphatic system (stimulating detox), digestive system (strengthening and calming), nervous system (reducing stress), a full-body detox flow (enhancing vitality), and finally, a session to bring the body out of distress, supporting circulation, deep relaxation, and a state of joy and ease.
