Each day offers a variety of activities, therapies, and fireside chats that you’re free to join or skip — it’s your experience to shape.

Every morning begins with Kundalini Yoga, followed by a healthy breakfast. From there, you choose how to spend your day: personal therapy sessions or group activities like movement and posture training, outdoor hikes, forest bathing, or herb walks. Or simply take time to rest — take a break in the sauna or relax on a deck chair.

Two massages are included, which you can also swap for other therapies such as reflexology, physiotherapy, or acupuncture.

Enjoy thoughtfully designed activities offered each morning and afternoon. All activities are included in your retreat — but it’s entirely up to you which ones you choose to join. Activities will include:

Fireside Chats

Gather around the fire on select evenings to share stories, insights, and reflections in a warm atmosphere. These fireside chats center on specific topics and are often led by experts who provide valuable insights on subjects like muscle health and more. After dinner, anyone interested is welcome to join the conversation.
