Over twenty years ago, during my training in Traditional European Medicine, I discovered the fascinating world of medicinal and wild plants—and I was instantly captivated. Whether in the form of teas, tinctures, oxymels, gentle oils for the skin, or wild herbs on the plate, their diverse applications and effects continue to inspire me. This journey has shaped my work and my way of life.

I’m dedicated to offering practical tips and natural remedies for home use, beauty care, and seasonal wild greens for the kitchen. Living in the wild and beautiful Engadine mountains, I deeply appreciate the richness of our natural world, and I’m here to pass that on.

Join us for a herb walk to explore natural remedies through the beautiful Engadine landscape, where we’ll explore the healing herbs growing all around us. You’ll learn to identify local medicinal plants and discover their traditional uses.
After the walk, we’ll enjoy a fresh herbal tea made from the plants we've gathered and create your own personalized tincture — a natural remedy to take home and continue supporting your well-being.
