The Power of Engadin

The Engadin valley, also called “the valley of light” is a place where nature speaks in a language of clarity and serenity. Towering mountains, crystal-clear lakes, and wide alpine meadows create a vibration that has long drawn poets, artists, and seekers, inspiring creativity, reflection, and inner balance.

As a historic Kurort (spa town), Engadin carries a natural restorative energy. Its “power places” — sacred corners of the landscape where the earth’s vitality is especially strong — invite stillness, renewal, and a deep sense of grounding.

Here, each breath of mountain air, each quiet moment in the forest, and each step along the trails becomes a gentle guide, awakening presence, nourishing the spirit, and supporting transformation of body and mind.
