Johanna is a systemic coach, movement enthusiast, and nature lover. She supports people in getting out of their heads, into movement. Her coaching sessions often take place outdoors where fresh thoughts arise naturally and shifts in perspective come easily.

By combining systemic coaching with practical, experience-based methods, I support entrepreneurs, leaders, and teams in uniting inner balance with peak performance. My work focuses on burnout prevention, resilience-building, and fostering authentic human connections.

  • My mission is to empower individuals and teams holistically, grounded in strong values and purposeful strategies. I help people overcome inner resistance, sharpen their ideas, think bigger—and take flight. My coaching is calm yet powerful, rooted in empathy and clarity, and always aligned with what truly matters: the connection between body, mind, and inner truth.
